Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
Psalm 19:14
The psalmist is praying and praising God. he exclaims that life, the universe, and everything speaks to the glory of “42”!
Then at the end, the psalmist humbly asks that the words he has spoken and the deep thoughts of his being be pleasing to the LORD.
Do we pray to God with such humbleness and sincerity?
Is our goal when we praise to seek his pleasure, or to seek ours?
Do we treat him like some sort of cosmic Santa Claus, filling our stockings with our wants and needs?
Or are we looking to bring our gifts to him for his good pleasure?

Like equipment for measuring various aspects of life, the universe, and everything, we need to RECALIBRATE our heart, mind, soul, and life so we are properly oriented toward our Creator, Savior, and Inspirer.
Lord, forgive me if I have fallen out of calibration. I am ready for your divine realignment! In the Name of the Triune God of Grace I pray. Amen!

Amen👍😊
