Something to Think About – 2023.06.30

And the Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day the Lord will be one and his name one. Zechariah 14:9

I think Dionysius of Alexandria stated (I’m paraphrasing here) that there will come a day when all of creation will see God in his full glory and his Oneness. But, in the meantime, we have to deal with contemplating and experiencing him in our obscure and imperfect way.

In the Christian path, we see the start of this revelation of the glory of God through the incarnation of Christ. One day, Christ will return in his Oneness and claim his Lordship over all creation.
