Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain. Philippians 2:14-16

Come-on Paul! Don’t feed us that line. It’s our “right” to grumble, complain, denigrate, blame others, etc.! And don’t you dare put a label on us; that’s our job!

Lord Jesus, help us. Help us to be your lights in this the world by holding fast to you and your teaching. Help us to love our God by seeing your image in each and every person we meet today, tomorrow, and forever. Amen!
