…and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love. I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:17-19
Notice that Paul mentions the word “love” twice in these two sentences. But what is even more extraordinary is how he uses four dimensions to describe this love. It has breadth (width) and length, but it also has height and depth.
He prays that in response to this four dimensional LOVE, we can become full to the brim in our response. In other words, be four dimensional in your love for God and others in our life’s walk.
