42’s Sidekick!
Three times this past week, I had the same conversation on three separate occasions with very different people. And yes, they initiated the topic, not me. Case in point – I was in “Love-Mischief” mode and engaged a couple while we were all milling around waiting for the call for boarding. The husband was grousing about culture and the loss of manners, respect, and decency shown by young adults. I quipped that the older generation said the same thing about the Boomers, Gen-X, and Millennials. Then, I said “the words” and watched the lightbulb turn on.
“The only thing constant in life is change.“
As I said, this same topic, initiated by another, happened three times. I knew I was heading for a bLOG, but what was its meaning? Then my lightbulb lit; I may have stumbled across a fundamental theorem of Life, the Universe, and Everything. And, of course, this makes sense considering the AUTHOR is the only constant, and he is all about change.
So I guess Change is 42’s Sidekick!
So relax and just enjoy that you are alive, and Change is a persistent reminder that 42 has your back. So go out with God and commit some LOVE-MISCHIEF!
