For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. Psalm 139:13-14
The big lie is that we created the Creator. Yet this delusion persists even in the face of statistical analysis after statistical analysis revealing that it is impossible for the complexity of creation to have just happened. And there is simply not enough time.
Now before you go and hit delete thinking this Hitchhiker has swung in the other direction and thrown his science background away, I have not.
Creation is amazingly complex and beautiful; it is nothing short of a work of art. It has the Artist’s fingerprints all over it. It is also an incomprehensible as to the techniques and materials used by the Author of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
I am okay with that. Are you? I do not need to understand how wonderfully made I am, nor how humanity (or anything) has been knitted together.
I simply stand humbly before my Creator!
