Out of the Mist

“J” took this picture a few mornings ago. It rained buckets the night before, and there was mist in the air as Sol came up in the east. As the rays broke through the branches, the mist created this cool effect.

What is cool is how many directions the rays are radiating. I know the sun is 93,000,000 away, but it looks like it is right behind the tree.

Sometimes it seems like God is faraway, and then you look and find that he is closer than you thought.
