Zuckerberg change name of toxic soup formally known as Facebook to “META.” Meta short for “Metaverse.” Zuckerberg say, “I believe the metaverse is the next chapter for the internet.”
Godzilla ask, “What the heck metaverse?”
According to Merriam-Webster, metaverse a highly immersive virtual world where people gather, socialize, play, and work. “Meta” is Greek word for “beyond” or “after” which mean metaverse move people beyond reality into new realm. Godzilla say “Ready Player One?”
Slowly but surely we become more and more disengaged in reality. Zuckerberg and team think they gods; Godzilla think they be anti-Christs. This make Godzilla shudder!
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.
